Asif Ali Jah I have gone through your reports. Thanks for sharing them but as your Micro intervention is about fruit production and in the report it is not mentioned what did you do to promote fruit production. Please be specific and share pictures of the sessions.
Yasmin Bibi
Fruit production in Beer valley can be improved by increasing number of plants on one hand and also by improving the skills through training and creating awareness and farming community on some Basic techniques of good plant management on the other hand. Most important aspect in this regard is selection of right kind of plants suitable in the climatic conditions of Beer valley.
selection of Variety of specific fruit plant is also important and farmers are properly motivated and has also initiated horticultural activities in their backyard gardens.
Shazia Hina
Yasmin Bibi you are right. As you have mentioned that "farmers are motivated and has also initiated horticulture activities in their backyard gardens", so can you give us the how many farmers are they, what have they started, from which village they belong, How did you motivate them, are they males or females etc? This type of qualitative and some quantitative information is necessary for our work.
Yasmin Bibi
Dear Shazia Hina,
I am really sorry for miscommunication and misunderstanding. The fruit production was not actually from my side. Sir Asif Ali Jah was using my computer. At that time i was sign in. so, the reply from Asif Ali Jah was shared about fruit production information from my ID.
So you can ask these questions from Asif Ali Jah again.
Sorry again for misunderstandings.
Regards,
Yasmin Bibi
