Dried apricot (1kg)

Sugar (as desired)

Water (1 liter)

Apricot kernel and walnuts (for topping)

  • Wash the dried apricot with water
  • Put apricots into a container and add hot water
  • Leave it for 24 hours
  • Crush the apricots with a spoon and add sugar
  • Pour the ingredients into a juicer
  • Add apricot kernel and walnuts and serve chilled
