Dried apricot (1kg)
Sugar (as desired)
Water (1 liter)
Apricot kernel and walnuts (for topping)
- Wash the dried apricot with water
- Put apricots into a container and add hot water
- Leave it for 24 hours
- Crush the apricots with a spoon and add sugar
- Pour the ingredients into a juicer
- Add apricot kernel and walnuts and serve chilled
