2nd Face to Face training of Paksitani RSPs is planned from 16th-18th November 2016 in Peshawar Pakistan. The training is designed to address the critical needs of the RSPs so that they could be able perform more effectively and efficiently.     2nd Face to Face

    RSPs capacity Development Program

     

    RSPs 2nd Face to Face Capacity development program has been started in Peshawar for three days. Miss Shazia Hina(Pakistan space manager) headed this training session. Main topic were divided into three block

    Block 1- Yearly Plan of Action & Marketing

    Block 2-Advocacy

    Block 3- Financial skills & Report writing

    Day 1 Discussion:

    Day one divided into two sessions. First session was hold by Ms. Shazia Hina and second was by Mr. Anwar Bhatti

    Session one:

    Miss Shazia Hina well come all participants and shared the propose of the training  and discussed the topics for today that are following

    She discussed in detail about the use of MAAN page by RSPs and said to use it, log on it regularly, and shared inputs to presents their progress and initiatives.

    Our target for membership on MAAN page is 200 while we have 132 and among them all members are not active. So mobilize other friends, social sector members, students and media persons to join this plate forum. We will increase this number to the 600 members during coming years.

    Session 2 by Mr. Anwar Bhatti:

     

    Mr. Anwer Bhatti from HELVETAS took the session with RSPs about Marketing. Before starting the session an introductory session held in which every participant introduced him/her with education qualification and MI topics. On the basis of introduction he asked RSPs about their views about marketing and explains its types with different examples. His topics were following

    • Difference between marketing and selling
    • Types of Marketing
    • What is profit
    • 6 Steps of Marketing

    At the end of session he focused

    • how RSPs can relate their MI with the process of marketing
    •  what they should do to promote the marketing

    • Issues relating to marketing in the area and solutions

    RSPs 2nd Face to Face Capacity development program has been started in Peshawar for three days. Today 2nd day of the training
    Block 1- feedback session about the last day. Every RSP give their feedback on cards which are display and discussed one by one.

    Day 2 Discussion:
    ⦁ After feedback session Group work organized for all RSPs to write the objective and work of their cluster in group all members shared their points in chats and present their presentation one by by. First of all honey bee cluster prepared the presentation about their cluster .miss anam from honey bee cluster explain in detailed about the importance of honey bee production in beer union counsel she give orientation about the honey bee production. Mr jawed introduced the simple method of honey bee production. Miss Shazia also add the experience of work that IC already do the work on honey bee keeping and she further explain how to connect the work with this cluster How there intervention give positive change and outcome for the community and and how people adopted the honey bee business .nutrition value of the honey bee. Community awareness level and on ground work presentation second cluster presentation on Sailge Group Mr Manzoor explain in detailed about the process of silage he e use in the community and how to motivate people from their idea about the use of silage.

    Situation of malnutrition in KPK

    Dr Arshad Danish first give brief orientation about the malnutrition deficiencies the country he exceptionally explain about the malnutrition deficiency in KPK and all over the world situation as in our province emergency declared about malnutrition deficiencies he discussed the situation in Pakistan the role of the civil society and the planning need on government level as well

    he further proceed there presentation on malnutrition situation of children’s and females in Pakistan the factors shows the indicators that like other poor and undeveloped countries unfortunately Pakistan face the micronutrient deficences deficiency of iron, zinc, folic acid, vitamins, minerals all are causes of anemia in pregnant females and children’s.
