Dear MAAN community,

we are working on an update for the MAAN App, which will include translations into the local languages. In order to do so, we would need your help to get the texts translated correctly.

If you would like to see the app user interface translated to your language, we would really appreciate your help.

Please download the attached Text file for your language (You might have to use "Save link as.." if the file opens in your browser window) and have a look at it. It contains all text elements that are used in the app (currently in English).

You will notice a structure which is always like this:

<string name="please_don_t_change_the_name">Message text</string>

Please translate always the English Message text part to your local language and leave the name="name_of_message" as is.

When done, please upload the file to this thread.

    I can do Hindi … do not know Malayalam (sad)

      That's great Anshuman Das, I wasn't sure if we need any other language from India. Do you think any other than Hindi is useful?

      Hello Anshuman, 
      It's me, Hasan. 

      I have attached the SS of the script where you see I have marked in Green which texts (only two I marked as an example) are needed to be translated.

      For example, 

      You will notice a structure which is always like this:

      <string name="please_don_t_change_the_name">Message text</string>

      Please translate always the English 'Message text' part to your local language and leave the name="name_of_message" as is.

      When done, please upload the file to this thread.

        Thank You’ in ‘Dhanyabad’ in Hindi. In the file, should I write it as ‘Dhanyabad’ in English script or you want me to write in hindi script/letter like धन्यवाद
        I do not know how to do that in a .txt file.

    Dear IFOAM Administrator Simon,

    Please find attached Russian version for MAAN App, the highlighted parts looks like abbreviation so I just left them. In case we should change it – please inform. I was emailing you earlier.

    Soon, we’ll provide Kyrgyz translation.

    We need to send also the Kyrgyz Font, as some letters has pecific features.ARIAL_K6_0.TTF
